Monday 6:30-6:45am Meditation; 6:45-7:45am Movement (1 hour 15 minutes total) Note: Monday’s replay is valid for 7 days to facilitate your practice.
Wednesday 6:30-6:45am Meditation + Gentle Stretching (15 minutes total) 48-hour replay
Friday 6:30-6:45am Meditation; 6:45-7am Movement (30 minutes total) 48 hour replay
