Monthly Plan: M-W-F @ 6:30am ET on Zoom
Mondays 6:30-6:45am Meditation; 6:45-7:45am Movement (1 hour 15 minutes total*)
Wednesdays 6:30-6:45am Meditation + Gentle Stretching (15 minutes total)
Fridays 6:30-6:45am Meditation; 6:45-7am Movement (30 minutes total)
*Each Monday’s replay is valid for 7 days to support your practice, while Wednesday’s and Friday’s classes are 3-day replays.
3 weekly classes (and the replays) all month long comes to under $5 per class! When you sign up you will be emailed the link to connect to all classes over Zoom. Monthly plans follow the calendar months, so sign up today to begin at the 1st of the month!
