Another 53rd move is in the books! After kicking off our in-person winter Nia session at the Westbrook Community Center, a few of us gathered at Monsieur Bagel in Westbrook for community conversation.

Our next 53rd Move is scheduled for February 18th right after class at the WCC, and YOU’RE INVITED!

To celebrate our shared time on the planet, our shared love of Nia, and to get to know each other even better, I am inviting you to the “53rd Move” a monthly meet-up of like-minded, openhearted “Dancers Through Life”.

Let’s have our fourth official rendezvous at Mr. Bagel in Westbrook at 9:45am Saturday, February 18, 2023 directly after Saturday morning Nia class (8:30-9:30am) at the Westbrook Community Center. Come join us directly from class at the WCC (a 5-minute drive), or meet us there whether or not you are able to attend class. The more the merrier!
