Nia Fundraiser!

Thankful Thursday is BACK!

This time our focus is on raising funds for the Loose Ends Project. Join my Nia colleague, local Nia Blue Belt Teacher, Fae Spath, and myself over zoom for this original class blend of music and movement.

All donations raised for this virtual class experience will go directly to the Loose Ends Project, whose mission is to finish the projects that loved ones leave behind. We’ll welcome co-founder Masey starting at 8:15am and step in for class at 8:30am.

Class will be recorded, so be sure to contact me if you’d like to receive the zoom link to join or the recording to use on your on time.

Thursday, March 2nd 8:15am log on to Zoom and hear from Masey about Loose Ends Project, ask questions and be inspired!

8:30am Nia class experience with Fae and Erin, both standing and sitting Nia movement will be shown throughout the hour to accommodate all movers and fitness levels
