Nia 5 Stages Pop Up!

Join me Monday evening July 3rd from 7:30-8:30pm for a Nia 5 Stages class over zoom. The Nia 5 Stages class is a 60-minute guided movement experience focused on self-healing. Our class on Monday 7/3 will be focused on Body Awareness: Tracking Sensations of Pleasure and Pain. This is a donation-based offering, as a participant, you are welcome to join for free, or pay any amount ($1-$15 suggested) for your experience. I will be recording my video portion of the session so if you would like the 24-hour replay please register below and I will send it to you!

To prepare for class you’ll need:

  • a clean space to move in, either carpeted or smooth floor

  • knee pads, or pillows or a blanket for under your knees

  • water if you like

  • comfortable clothes to move in

  • a journal or something to write with

  • an open mind

Please remove all jewelry, belts and accessories to prevent injury while moving. If the idea of moving on the floor seems out of your range, you may adapt the moves to be done from a chair, or a bed.
