May Savings!
We are about to launch a fun-filled and exciting month of May Zoom Nia classes, with each weekday sporting a unique “flavor”—Will you join us?
I’ll be teaching Nia over Zoom Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 8:30am ET May 1st-June 2nd, for a total of 22 live zoom classes + 3 days with recorded classes (while I’m offline May 22nd, 23rd, and 24th).
Mischievous Mondays in May will find us spicing things up in Zoom Nia land with some provocatively playful playlists and moves to get your juices flowing!
Tender Tuesdays in May will find us embracing the kind, loving, warm, safe space of exploration the Body's Way in Nia over Zoom. A time to be tender in class and sense the healing benefits!
On Wide-Eyed Wednesdays in May we are consciously inviting awe and wonderment into our Nia class, cultivating our sense of amazement for the big and powerful things as well as the small and magical. Let your eyes grow wide with mine as we move and dance through this amazing Life!
Thankful Thursdays in May are a time to spotlight gratitude in our Zoom Nia classes. We'll be dancing our appreciation for the people, organizations, resources, education, and love that we benefit from, big and small!
Faithful Fridays on May will bring us closer to our personal sources of hope, peace, calm, trust and reverence. We'll dance and move in ways that inspire us to align with our beliefs. "Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe." –Saint Augustine
Let’s give our energy and creativity a boost this Spring as we prepare for the start of Summer in June!
What a wonderful way to celebrate with family (your mother? your daughter? your sister? your aunt?) no matter where they are in the country or world! Every live zoom class is recorded so you can join us at 8:30am EDT or practice and play on your own timeline in your own space.
Need the zoom link to join us for class? Simply contact me and I’ll email you everything you need.
