I’m excited to be offering a monthly in-person Nia class at the Westbrook Community Center on the First Saturday of the month in January, February, April, May and June. Join me in this beautiful space for Nia in person. Buy the class pack and save $5 per class, or drop in for $17/class. You choose!

In addition to “First Saturday” in person Nia classes, I will be teaching weekly Nia classes over zoom with recordings available. I will also be offering quarterly in person workshops, the first being on Saturday, February 10th at the Portland New Church: SAVE THE DATE!
