What an honor to step up on stage at the Maine Women’s Conference two weeks ago to lead the sold-out conference of women entrepreneurs, leaders, and team members in movement!

The shift in energy from the afternoon post-lunch slump, to an enlivened, laughing, dancing group was palpable to ALL! Not only did this short movement break give participants the chance to get INTO their bodies, it gifted the room of women with an easy, relaxed way to connect with one another. This is the power of movement and the Joy of Movement that is our birthright!
