I invite you and a friend to join me for a special in-person Nia class experience, with guided meditation on the evening of the FULL MOON!

Join me on a somatic adventure that stimulates your imagination, your physical body, your spirit energy, and your brain’s neuroplasticity! What will your journey reveal? Only you can answer that…

I will guide you on a meditative visualization to prepare for our movement experience, the Nia body of work called MYSTERY. You’ll have the opportunity to journal and draw your current challenges and desires. Then together we will embark on the Hero’s journey,  discovering friends and allies along the path as well as challenges and sabateurs. We’ll summit the highest peak and be rewarded with a special gift.

We’ll close with an extended meditation to savor the lessons and insights from our journey. Don’t miss this chance to immerse yourself in the magic of a live in-person Nia class and feel the transformation of your desiring begin to work you from the inside out!
