Healing + Conditioning

I am thrilled to be weaving the Nia 5 Stages practice into my regular online offerings this month (and into the future). The Nia 5 Stages is an hour-long somatic training, with each class focusing on a particular body part.

There is an educational component, demonstration and extended practice, body gratitude and more. This class is a highly structured experience done from the comfort of your home, without music and with awareness.

Nia 5 Stages may be modified and done in a chair, on a bed, or on the floor.

Each time I have practiced the 5 Stages I have experienced healing. My hope is that with regular practice you too will enjoy the benefits of increased body awareness, body appreciation and healing. In Nia we define healing quite simply as “feeling better.”

Join me most Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30am-9:30am EDT for live practice over zoom or request the recording.Please refer to this calendar for specific dates as there are some days I will be away/unable to teach.

We will meet over the “usual” Nia zoom link. If you do not have it, or need me to resend it, simply email me and ask. I would love for you to join us.
