Join me and a lovely group on Saturday mornings at 8:30am now through the end of February for Nia at the Westbrook Community Center, 426 Bridge St., Westbrook.

Spacious and clean, the WCC's Dance/Fitness Studio is a space  you'll love the feel of moving through, perfect for barefoot dance and floor play/stretching (barefoot movement encouraged, though yoga socks or non-street shoes are OK as well). Drop-ins are welcome.  Please bring your own yoga mat or cushioning for the end of class on the floor.
