Earth Day Dance
April 22nd is Earth Day, which begs the question… What is today?
Really, isn’t every day Earth day?
I think so!
We humans only grow here on Earth, so that makes this planet pretty special in my book!
I’m inviting you to join me on the beach this Earth Day, to pick up trash and celebrate the body’s way in public in the great outdoors!
Join me on Saturday, April 22nd from 3-4:30pm at Kettle Cove Park in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.
3pm Arrive and park in the free parking lot at Kettle Cove, see this map for directions
3-4pm Grab a trash bag and gloves and stroll the beautiful beach at low tide picking up any trash you find along the way
4-4:30pm Join me back near the parking area in a public celebration of our Earth with a special playlist featuring easy to follow Nia moves for all ages
4:30pm Circle up and close with a short meditation and intention setting
Many of you know of Britta von Tagen as the choreographer of such Nia works as “Dragon”, “Mystery”, “Soul” and more. Watch and listen as Britta invites you to join this special event across the globe…
